I have worked night shift for 8 damn years. In the winter, I can go
weeks without seeing the sun. Really. I was completely skeptical that

for about 30 minutes a day, just sitting in front of it while I read

This unit is a great value, nice size, good appearance, quiet, has an
automatic timer in 15 min increments then turns itself off. I almost
didn't buy it because of the ion/ozone feature, but it has a separate
on/off button so I just don't use it...though it does come in handy
cleaning the air in my kitchen of cooking odors. Anyway, I love it.
