Bright, convenient size, great light, couldn't ask for better. Does everything it's supposed to do with terrifically bright and clear light. My doctor recommended light therapy to help me through night shifts. I chose this Lightphoria Euphoric Energy Light System because of the good reviews and because it's small and portable.

I've been sticking it in my purse and carrying it to the office where I set it up on my desk. The first night I tried it I arrived at work very groggy but the light helped wake me up after the prescribed 30 minutes. It also perked up my mood - I felt like I'd been sitting in sunlight - so I left it on a while longer while working. Later I shared it with a fellow night shift worker who also enjoyed it and agreed it seemed to have a positive affect on mood.

This Lightphoria Euphoric Energy Light System is a very bright lamp! It was a luxurious thing to buy in this kind of economy but I would say it is well worth it if you are like me - my mood is so easily affected by the environment. A couple of days using this product I felt the effects of the light therapy.

I think it makes your body believe you are in sunlight (like in the summer time). I feel more renewed and less tired during the day. Lightphoria Euphoric Energy Light System definitely looks like more than 10,000 lux but I have yet to assess its effect on my SAD. I live in Iowa and there is barely sunlight during the winter.
